Hello ETM,

Have you tried to wake the system by pressing keys on the keyboard? It might help you if you turn off the hibernation, see how to do it here.

Thank you

The QA is running. This occurs with both win8.1 and a win10 versions of QA, default setups.

Power plan is never go to sleep, never hibernate.

The TV thinks there is a signal. When I switch TV input to the the QA port TV reports seeing 1080p but all I see is snow.

Connected with Teamviewer (remote access) to verify that yes, the QA is running and not asleep.

If I unplug QA from the TV the TV reports no signal, then I plug QA back into the TV and the video signal and sound are restored.

> Is the bios update for power on after power loss … OK to use on Quantum Access LAN bios version 4.32?

I’d like to know the answer to this as well. I see four BIOS packs at ftp://70.35.206.127/Software/BIOS/Access (your link to the PXE one in the original posting is broken, btw).

Azulle Access Lan winX PXE wAuto run.zip (2/29/16)
Azulle Quantum Access BIOS Win10.zip (12/30/15)
Q Access Autorun 1.2.zip (12/14/15)
v4.32-Azulle BIOS Access Win10.zip (6/13/16)

Only the first of these seems explicitly for the LAN model, but I don’t necessarily want to do PXE boot, just the autorun.

Will any of these brick the QA LAN?

Just received a new Quantum Access. I plug it in, red light changes to blue, but no video is ever seen. I have tried plugging it into two different monitors, both of which I know work, but nothing.

Hello Michael,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Regarding to your question, adding the jumper will enable the Power On Power Loss feature, basically it means that your unit will automatically power on after power outage.

Thank you,

Hello, i have a quick question.

I just recently got the logitech bundle (with keyboard/webcam) and im running into an issue where the stick hangs on the Azulle boot screen while the webcam is plugged in on a fresh boot. Now i was able to get it to boot back into windows by powering off the stick and unplugging the webcam before rebooting. But as i plan on using these in a couple of my offices, i need these to be able to easily boot back off and on when say after a power outage without having to overly explain a process to get them to boot back on.

If you could please help, i just need to find out how we can have these boot with everything plugged in.

I have this too; on a pre-jumper unit. Very annoying – especially as there is no way to screw the VGA lead into the back of the unit, so it’s at risk of being dislodged..

display scaling

I’m running this on my Samsung HDTV. With the resolution set to the native resolutions (1920×1080), I cannot see my taskbar or the left side of the start menu screen. I cannot find a place to adjust the scaling. Does anyone know how to fix this? None of the settings in the Intel Graphis Control Panel seem to help.

Thanks

This might be an issue with how the TV is viewing the input. I know that on my Samsung I was able to tell it, on a particular HDMI input, to auto scale. Problem solved.

After Windows Update the computer will not turn on again

Hello,

We have received reports about computers performing the Windows Updates and after that it seems that they are not able to power on again. This issues are associated with the updates from Microsoft and we are working with them to find a solution to correct these situations. For the moment we recommend NOT to update the system. If you want to move to the Anniversary Update, please use this alternative.

Keep in mind that many of these updates are done automatically. We advise to avoid that behavior, in order to stop them, follow theses steps:

Press the Start key and type: “services” (without the quotes).

Click on Services and locate the Windows Update service, right click on it and select Properties

In the Startup Type section chose Disable, after that press Stop and confirm the changes clicking the OK button.

If your device has been affected for the Windows Updates, please reach out to us immediately, via email support@azulletech.com or through live chat. You can also reach us at 786 233 6769 we’re available mon-fri 9am-5pm est.

Thank you
