Hello Jason,

As per our conversation. We are really sorry for this inconvenience and we thank you for your feedback. I have run the BIOS update in several of our units and all of them seem to be fine however we are opening a case on this to avoid future issues.

Also for future readers we would like to mention that as per now all our units come with the latest BIOS available (the same from our FTP) so there is NOT need to update it.

I have a Quantum Access HDMI Stick, I contacted support and was given the firmware in order to install Ubuntu(Ubuntu was downloaded from this Tutorial.)
But when i follow these steps i get to step 4, i get a blank black screen and then it just hangs and does nothing after.
Is there anything i need to change in the bios settings that could be causing this?

Factory Restoring Your Azulle Plus Device

This Post is intended for the Azulle Access Plus and the Azulle Byte Plus. If you are looking how to do the factory restore on the Quantum Access or the Quantum Byte, please use this link.

The restore process is nearly identical across our Plus devices, and requires a freshly erased and formatted USB drive (NTFS) and named WINPE. The only difference is the file used to restore.

Please download the appropriate archive for your device:

Everytime I install Silverlight and then reboot the browser(IE) it is like the app never installed and IE is asking to have Silverlight installed again.

Byte Plus power button and WiFi antenna question

Hello! I have a question about my new Byte Plus fanless PC. I have a very hard time getting it to power up when I press the power button on the front. It seems like I have to press really hard to get it to work – but others times it seems to work fine. Am I missing something? Is there a “debounce” timer, or minimum press time?

Also – the WiFi antenna on the back is very fragile if it gets bent forward over the case. Is it possible to replace the antenna if it fails? The housing on mine separated, but I was able to push it back together and it’s working fine for now. I’d just like to know if this is a serviceable part or not.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Let me help you with your concerns:

For the power button, just press it firmly until the light goes blue, usually 2-3 sec.
Regarding to the WiFi antenna, yes it can be replaced if is complete detached from the unit.

I just fired up my new compute stick and it goes through the Windows 10 setup questions, reboots and is back to the same Windows 10 setup questions. Loopy indeed.


Brand New Azulle Quantum Access stuck in boot loop with Win 10 Setup Questions

I just unboxed my new Win 10 Azulle Quantum Access. Plugged in keyboard, power, and connected to monitor via HDMI. It boots up to the Azulle splash screen, v 4.23 and then goes into the “Hi there” Win 10 setup questions (Language, etc.) After completing the setup questions it reboots back to the splash screen and then back to the same “Hi there” Win 10 setup questions I just answered. It is stuck in a loop on boot. I’d like to fix it instead of sending it back to Amazon if I can get an answer.

I´m about to receive my Azulle Access Plus with 4gb and want to know if its safe to run Windows Update or if is it better to leave the OS without updates to avoid bricking?

Quantum byte no starting up after windows 10 update

I bought a quantum byte model QS-1043-QB a year or so ago while I was in the States. The device worked perfect since day one. I upgraded from win8.1 to win10 with no issue and worked great. While I was using the device a few days ago it did a few updates now the device won’t boot. Just the red power led comes on nothing else. Please help I would hate to scrap this device

I have the same issue, I have just bought a new Quantum Byte and it keeps looping on the language set up screen. I am awaiting an email reply from tech support. Hopefully this can be fixed.
