So further research I followed a Youtube video for another Azulle product. Yes looks like the USB drive needs to be NTFS and not FAT32 or exFAT. Copying the image files over to the properly formatted and named USB stick does boot and kickoff the automated cmd.exe script to reimage. The script does its job, finds the USB stick, preps the drive, shrinks it down to 800MB.finds the install.wim file then starts the imaging of the Azulle Access Plus. Problem however when it reaches between 1%-2% it just powers off. Likely it’s hitting some type of error and doesn’t recover just powers down.
Since there are no logs or anything else because it just powers off I have nothing else to research. Any insights would be great on how to reimage this. I’m using a 64GB USB 2.0 stick. Tried it in both USB ports to see if port speed/USB speed/performance was an issue but didn’t seem to make a difference.
Perhaps if there was a CRC/checksum file to ensure the image file isn’t corrupted?

My access plus works fine with one screen brand but with others it goes poweroff
Hello,
One of the reasons I got myself this device is for its mobility, but I didn’t get this expected mobility because it works fine with one tv screen which is Hisense UHD, while not working with other tv screens or pc screens, it just goes poweroff after few seconds the azzulle logo shows up then the device goes poweroff.
Please help me, I need a fix for this problem I’m stuck with only one screen.
Thank you.

Hello,
unable to update the Azulle Quick Acess (Cherry Trail) bios to get the autorun feature in the Bios Menu. Every time i run BIOS command in CMD I always get “10 – error unable to load driver”.
Could you provide us a picture or screenshot of the error? Also, are you running the command as Administrator ?
Thank you

I think I should add that while the system was booting up I kept pressing F8 or F12 on keyboard can’t remember which one worked for me but it gave me choices to boot the system with low-resolution which I tried and it did not solve the problem, then I tried safe mode which managed to take me to the desktop but with lower functionality obviously. hopefully this info will help you to understand my device’s problem.

How??
Change registry to un-hide maximum performance power profile. I saw better gains once I enabled this. Using this profile is meant for power adapter to a wall outlet. Since it will draw alot of power doing this.

Hello,
The Byte Plus works with a regular RJ45 cable.

UPDATE: Problem Solved.
I emailed the azulle tech support explaining the problem mentioned above and they have replied with a good recommendation and brought to my attention the correct amount of enery that should be outputted from the power adapter which is 5 V ~ 3 A .. so I tested with different power adapters and now my device works fine with my other pc monitor.
Thanks alot to Mr. Luis R Rodriguez from the Azulle Technical support, your help is so much appreciated.
Have a good day all.

Bricked Byte Plus
After changing a video memory setting in the bios of my byte plus it will no longer output any video or recognize USB peripherals. It seems that it at least tries to boot the power button becomes blue and remains that way until I force power it down. Is there a way to reset the bios or possibley another way to repair my issue?

Ubuntu Access Plus: USB3 monitor?
I realize these items are designed as HDMI dongles, but does anyone know whether the Access Plus with Ubuntu pre-installed can drive a USB3 monitor instead? I like the idea of the super-low power draw (the entire stack would be driven by a single cell phone power supply), and a USB3 monitor would be portable, letting the combination serve as a laptop replacement. (I already have a BlueTooth keyboard and mouse.)
Thanks.
Lynk Remote, Home button not working on Android Media Box
Hi,
I recently acquired the Lynk remote and am having trouble with a few of the buttons.
It basically worked out of the box with my Xiaomi Media Box (latest global version, just released) with Android TV 6.0, however it is not recognized as a device by the Media Box, so I cannot customize it in that way.
Is there any way to get it to work, i.e. customizing the functionality of the 2.4g BT settings. I only see how to map the IR buttons.
Thanks in advance

Are there any plans to create a Win8.1 restore file set that works? I have tried it several times with different USB drives and it simply does not work. I’ve worked with you tech support and still no luck. I did use the “New build Quantum Access & Quantum Access LAN Restore Files Win10” and it restores and works great. Unfortunately the Access was originally Win8.1 and will not activate now that 10 has been installed.
Reply To: USB 2.0 Fails
Hello,
We are very sorry to read that. Let me ask you some questions:
Are the USB 3.0 working properly?
Did you change something on the BIOS? Disable the USB port or alter its behavior ?
Have you tried different USB devices on the unit to confirm the malfunction ?
Could you please reinstall the drivers for the chipset:
